Refund Policy
Persona.MONDAY AI reading refund and payment policy (single-purchase only — no auto-renewal).
1. AI readings are non-refundable once generated
Every paid product on Persona.MONDAY calls an AI model and generates the reading immediately upon payment. Once the reading is generated, it cannot be refunded. Please review the preview / summary / catalog page before purchasing.
2. Single-purchase only (no recurring billing)
All paid products are single user-initiated purchases. We do not offer subscriptions, auto-renewal, or stored cards. To re-purchase, the user must explicitly click the buy CTA again on each product surface.
3. Payment-system errors / duplicate charges
If a Polar payment succeeded but the reading failed to generate, or a duplicate charge occurred without the user's intent, contact support@monday.red with the Polar receipt. We refund or re-issue the reading within 5 business days.
4. Currency / merchant of record
All payments are USD-only. Polar acts as Merchant of Record, handling VAT and issuing receipts. Korean users see USD prices; the card issuer converts to KRW at the moment-of-payment FX rate.
