Refund Policy
32personas AI reading refund and payment policy (single-purchase only, no auto-renewal).
1. AI readings are non-refundable once generated
Every paid product on 32personas calls an AI model and generates the reading immediately upon payment. Once the reading is generated, it cannot be refunded. Please review the preview / summary / catalog page before purchasing.
2. Single-purchase only (no recurring billing)
Each paid product is a one-time purchase that you start yourself. We do not offer subscriptions, auto-renewal, or stored cards. To buy again, you must choose the buy button on that product page.
3. Payment-system errors / duplicate charges
If a Polar payment succeeded but the reading failed to generate, or a duplicate charge occurred without the user's intent, contact support@mymonday.ai with the Polar receipt. We refund or re-issue the reading within 5 business days.
4. Currency / merchant of record
All payments are USD-only. Polar acts as Merchant of Record, handling VAT and issuing receipts. Your card issuer may convert the charge to your local currency at its applicable exchange rate.
5. Result viewing window (7 days)
Paid results purchased on or after 2026-06-10 are viewable on the site for 7 days after purchase. The window is disclosed on the checkout screen before payment; its expiry does not constitute grounds for a refund of an already-generated result. Results purchased before 2026-06-10 remain permanently viewable.
