Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms govern the rights and obligations between the Company and Users, and other necessary matters, regarding the use of 32personas (“Service”).
2. Definitions
“Service” refers to 32personas (32personas.com) and related features. “User” refers to anyone agreeing to these Terms. “Company” refers to 프로젝트먼데이 (Project Monday), business registration number 106-68-00711, which operates the Service.
3. Effect and changes
These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service screen. The Company may change these Terms when necessary, and any change will be notified 7 days before its effective date.
4. User obligations
The Service is available only to users aged 18 or older. Users must declare that they are at least 18 when starting the Service or creating an account. This is a self-reported declaration, not verification of identity or actual age. Any birth date submitted must belong to a person aged 18 or older, whether yourself, a partner, or another third party. The server rejects birth dates that indicate an age below 18.
If a user is found to be under 18, the Company may restrict access, suspend or close the account, and delete the associated personal data. Payment records and other data that must be retained by law remain subject to the retention periods stated in the Privacy Policy.
The Service's minimum age of 18 does not establish legal adulthood. Users who are minors under applicable law must obtain a legal representative's consent for paid purchases where required. A minor or their legal representative may cancel a contract entered into without the required consent, as provided by applicable law. Send cancellation or refund requests to support@mymonday.ai. The payment and refund terms and the separate Refund Policy apply without limiting mandatory statutory rights.
Users shall not:
- Use others' personal information or register false information
- Disrupt service operation or gain unauthorized access
- Violate these Terms or applicable laws
5. Disclaimer
The personality type analysis provided by the Service is a self-assessment tool and does not replace medical or psychological diagnosis. Other outputs, including birth-data readings, relationship readings and decision simulations, are for entertainment and self-exploration, are not definitive predictions, and must not be used as a basis for hiring, relationship, financial or medical decisions. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Korean law. Disputes shall be resolved at Seoul Central District Court.
7. External Sign-in (Google, Apple, Kakao) Terms of Use
We offer external sign-in with Google, Apple, and Kakao, and email/password sign-in.
- Security of your provider account itself, including password management and two-factor settings, is your responsibility.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for inability to sign in caused by provider outages, policy changes, or account suspension. You may sign in with an email/password you have already set or another linked provider. With Apple's Hide My Email, an Apple relay address may be used as your app account email.
- You can unlink a provider on the account security page (Manage sign-in connections), with a password or another linked provider available for future sign-in. The web security screen requires a password to be set. Unlinking deletes the app's link record, not the provider's original account or the Supabase authentication broker account itself.
