Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms govern the rights and obligations between the Company and Users, and other necessary matters, regarding the use of 32personas ("Service").
2. Definitions
"Service" refers to 32personas (32personas.com) and related features. "User" refers to anyone agreeing to these Terms.
3. Effect and changes
These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service screen. The Company may change these Terms when necessary, and any change will be notified 7 days before its effective date.
4. User obligations
Users shall not:
- Use others' personal information or register false information
- Disrupt service operation or gain unauthorized access
- Violate these Terms or applicable laws
5. Payment and refund
The Service's paid features are processed through the Polar payment system. Refunds for AI outputs are governed by the more specific provisions of the separate Refund Policy page (/legal/refund-policy), except where mandatory law or a user-favorable interpretation principle requires otherwise. 6. Disclaimer
The personality type analysis provided by the Service is a self-assessment tool and does not replace medical or psychological diagnosis. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Korean law. Disputes shall be resolved at Seoul Central District Court.
8. External Sign-in (Google OAuth) Terms of Use
We offer Sign in with Google as an external sign-in option. Conditions of use: (1) Security of your Google account itself (password management, two-factor setup, etc.) is your responsibility. (2) To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for temporary or permanent inability to sign in via Google caused by Google service outages, policy changes, or account suspension; you may sign in separately with email and password. (3) You may unlink your Google account at any time from the account security page (/account/security).
