SLUEI's head is constantly going off, and RCUAI is the one who can sit calmly inside the explosion. The first reaction from SLUEI is usually some version of "finally, someone who actually catches what I'm saying." But RCUAI can't catch every single one.
SLUEI generates new ideas by the minute, and RCUAI is the one who reaches in, picks the live ones out of the air, and gives them shape. RCUAI's steadiness keeps the creativity from drifting off into nothing. Around RCUAI, SLUEI starts believing the thoughts could actually become real. RCUAI sees their job as finding the genuinely good idea inside each round of fireworks. When this works, real innovation shows up. The catch is that no one can keep absorbing every burst forever.
SLUEI's idea pile grows every day. RCUAI can only carry so much. SLUEI gets impatient — why not do all of it? — while RCUAI thinks "they're all good, but we're still human." SLUEI's "too much" keeps hitting the wall of RCUAI's "we have a limit."
The warmest moment is when SLUEI walks RCUAI through a new idea, and RCUAI catches the actual core of it on the first pass. That's when SLUEI thinks "this person really does know me." Meanwhile the next idea is already loading.
“For these two to last, the focus has to move from quantity to quality. SLUEI has to accept that not every thought gets to become real, and RCUAI has to feel that picking is focus, not rejection. When that happens, the team stops being an infinite-possibility machine and starts shipping something that actually means something.”
